PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU BOOK YOUR NEXT APPOINTMENT
Covid: If you have any signs of any type of sickness or believe you may have been exposed to Covid, PLEASE let Sarah know so we can reschedule. It is mandatory to be able to perform services in a safe environment.
Cancellations: Please give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Sarah totally understands that sometimes life happens and appointment adjustments are necessary. However, should you cancel same day you may be charged for 1/2 service alotted time.
Tardiness: Please arrive on time to your appointments. Text ahead of time if you are running behind. Should you be more than fifteen minutes late, you will forfeit your reserved appointment. Same day cancellation fee may apply.
At the time of booking, you will receive several reminder texts that will confirm appointment date and time. Please be sure to confirm on your end so it is clear for both of us.
No additional guests or children please.
All services are non refundable.
Not accepting box color clients at this time. It is the client’s responsibility to be fully honest and transparent when hair history is discussed. Understand that this is crucial in order to proceed efficiently without causing unnecessary damage. Any damage caused to the hair as a result of unspecified information is not the responsibility of Sarah Imhoff Hair.
All color services can only be guaranteed if recommended product is being used.
